We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. And we mean it! We need someone who can strategically craft and tell the brand identities of 4 hotel brands and 3 restaurant concepts across our social media platforms. There is plenty of room for initiative and ideas, but you will also work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team and hotels. Most of the time, we work together from a dedicated office space in Amsterdam, but you will also frequently be on the road visiting our various hotels and restaurants to gather the right content. No two days are the same, making this role dynamic and exciting!

WHAT ABOUT US?
A young, fresh, stubborn hotel company, that takes a slightly different approach. That is Leonardo Hotels. We operate in the Benelux with 28 hotels. The employees of our Support Office work for all these hotels and perform tasks related to their department. The departments Sales, Human Resources, Revenue, Marketing and Finance are centralized and work together for the hotels in the Benelux. A permanent workplace? Not for us! We regularly visit the hotels and occasionally work at the offices located at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. Every day is different and that makes our work fun and challenging!
ABOUT THE ROL

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop a content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring the right tone of voice, storytelling, and strategy for the various brands in our portfolio.
- Create social media content to enhance the visibility of our brands, increase engagement with our followers, and build a community.
- Organize social media content shoots for all our hotels and restaurant concepts across the Benelux.
- Analyze and present social media statistics and trend reports using the right tools.
- Set up influencer collaborations in cooperation with the PR & Communications Manager.
- Collaborate with agencies for social media campaigns and activations.
- Support PR initiatives and contribute to the visibility of our brands in the media.
- Focus on short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Work on larger marketing campaigns within the team.
ARE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
- You know how to define best practices for various social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- You stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
- You have strong copywriting skills and can craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- You have experience using AI tools for social media and know how to leverage them effectively.
- You are proficient with editing apps (such as CapCut and Canva).
- You have a passion for and/or experience with photography and videography.
- You have great attention to detail and work accurately.
- You take initiative and contribute creatively and strategically.
- You have strong conceptual thinking skills combined with a good sense of color, form, and composition.
- You have excellent project management skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management.
- You have a minimum of HBO-level education and 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- You are available for 38 hours per week.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
