Are you a passionate Sous Chef looking to take the next step in your career?

Within the WestCord Fashion Hotel, the Sous Chef leads the team in the absence of the Head Chef. You provide instructions to the team, prepare dishes, create schedules, and place orders. Additionally, as a Sous Chef, you have a creative side; you actively contribute to developing new menus or stay updated on all current food trends. You are fulltime flexible available.  As a Sous Chef, you maintain overview while dynamically contributing to the team.

The Food & Beverage department of WestCord Fashion Hotels comprises four different sections: the breakfast buffet, Brasserie Mme Coco, Skyybar, and the banqueting area. Service, quality, and teamwork are the common thread between these outlets.
