THE ROLE
You work closely with the Executive Chef and the other Sous Chef. You lead your own team and are responsible for the implementation of the long-term strategy of the restaurant in combination with our own farm. You are a natural leader who thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment. You are highly motivated and you continuously develop and improve your skills. You have a creative mindset, you lead by example and you inspire and motivate the kitchen team.

Brasserie Harry’s is located since 1912 in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room and a large open kitchen. The bar area welcomes guests on a walk-in basis for lunch and dinner, and is open continuously for a good glass of wine or cocktail. The weekly changing seasonal menu highlights the restaurant’s connection with its own farm, as well as local producers and suppliers.
