What will you do?
As a Sous-chef, you are the right hand of the Head Chef and play a crucial role in the kitchen. You ensure everything runs smoothly and support the daily operations. You assist in creating creative and flavorful menus and maintain the quality of the dishes.
You lead the kitchen team and motivate everyone to bring out the best in themselves. Additionally, you are jointly responsible for monitoring inventory, ordering products, and ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. Together with the Head Chef, you maintain an organized and efficient kitchen where hygiene and teamwork come first. Thanks to your dedication and passion, our guests will enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience.

Your profile
In the absence of the Head Chef, you are responsible for coordinating kitchen activities.
You maintain the culinary standard.
You have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail and quality.
You are stress-resistant and know how to stay in control, even during busy moments.
You have leadership skills and can motivate and inspire a team.
You work in a structured manner and have knowledge of HACCP and other hygiene regulations.
You are flexible and willing to work in shifts.
You are proficient in Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an extra language? That’s a plus!

A salary in accordance with the Horeca collective labor agreement, based on your contract and experience.
A 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay with us!
