You know that when you enter the kitchen at 5:45 am it is important that all plates and dishes are ready for breakfast. You do a final check quickly to see if there are enough clean plates. While the guests are having breakfast, the crockery keeps coming in. You ensure that the dishes are well maintained and that there is no shortage of crockery. You really like it here and if you strive to grow into a different position within the kitchen or service. That's why you chose a job at The Vincent Hotel Group because you know that there are many career opportunities. After breakfast you start cleaning the machines and the floor. You notice that the trash can is also full and take it out. On the way home, throw it away and leave feeling satisfied.

Tasks and responsibility’s:

Cleaning dishes and kitchen machinery;
Cleaning the floors of the kitchen and breakfast area;
Cleaning the fridge and freezers;
Reporting if machinery is broken, report this to the Deputy Manager;
Order materials and empty trash bins;
Follow the standard operations procedures (SOP’s).

Job requirements:

Your English language is good in vocal and writing. Speaking Dutch is a plus;
You are capable of being at work at 05:45.

You are good at working independent but also in a team with the rest of the breakfast team;
You are immune to stress.
