Collaborating with a number of local producers, which share BlueBlood’s commitment to quality and authenticity. It’s an experimental space, where imagination drives innovation and our team are fountains of new ideas; which fuel better products, services, and processes. The iconic “BlueBlood” Lobster will feature alongside the Porterhouse steak and signature cauliflower dishes. All served in an exclusive setting to the highest standards.

 As Sushi Chef of BlueBlood, you are the biggest sushi lover and you are excited to transfer your passion and creativity to our guest and your new colleagues. You are already an experienced Sushi Chef that is ready to deliver the ultimate “wow” factor. You will be preparing sushi and sashimi dishes at the sushi counter. At the counter, you will have guest contact by providing guests with advice and inspiring stories. You will train the kitchen staff to get experienced with preparing sushi and sashimi and their techniques. But also:

  • Help in the preparation and design of all sushi related dishes

  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise

  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards (HACCP)

  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and our guests

  • Assist in the setup of standard manuals, trial dishes and compiling recipe cards

  • Assist the Head Chef in checking and ordering fresh products and dry storage items required by kitchen and other outlets

The blood type we’re looking for:
