Conscious Hotels is seeking a System Administrator! As a System Administrator, you play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across our hotels. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure and support services.

What does the role entail?

Here's a detailed overview of your key responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all IT-related issues and queries within the hotels as well as the headquarters.

• Providing essential support for daily ICT operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, workstations, telephones, and other devices.

• Initiate and manage user accounts with various Cloud Providers such as Google Workspace, PMS, and other relevant systems.

• Prepare and manage equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient use of laptops and accessories.

• Take charge of the ICT helpdesk, addressing and resolving 1st and 2nd line support questions promptly and effectively.

• Extend support services to employees across all departments within Conscious Hotels, fostering a collaboratiave and efficient work environment.

• Oversee the maintenance of the network infrastructure, either directly or through coordination with our partners. This includes firewalls, switches, workstations, check-in/out stations, pin equipment, printers, and connections.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and file management for all IT-related processes, ensuring easy accessibility and knowledge transfer.
