Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.

Restaurant até immerses its guests in a culinary journey like no other. até is a 6-seat-only chef's table where Chef Filip curates a 9-course tasting menu. At até, we focus on fine dining by infusing influences from highly praised cuisines into each dish, creating an extraordinary flavors and a unique experience for our guests.

 

Chef Filip Hanlo's culinary expertise is a mix of his diverse background and experiences at world-renowned restaurants. Chef Filip trained at prestigious Michelin starred establishments such as Le Chique* in Cancun, Noma*** in Copenhagen, Azure 45* in Tokyo, Restaurant Cheval Blanc*** in Basel, and Le Grand Restaurant** in Paris. His cooking philosophy blends elements from Mexican, Japanese, and French cuisines, resulting in a unique and innovative culinary style.

 

As an intern at até, you will work side by side with Chef Filip Hanlo, gaining firsthand knowledge of high-end cooking techniques and the art of blending different culinary traditions. You will have the opportunity to work with the finest ingredients and explore innovative cooking methods inspired by Japanese, French, and Mexican cuisines. Beyond the kitchen, you'll also engage in guest service and learn about wine, expanding your restaurant knowledge.


We are looking for someone who is:

-        Studying at a cooking school, hotel school, or similar

-        Passionate about cooking and guest service

-        Stress-resistant, enthusiastic, and quality-oriented

-        Fluent in English
