Can you take responsibility and can you lead a team? And could you, together with our team, ensure our guest to receive unique events and conferences in our Banquet & Events department and delicious food and drinks in our Bowery Restaurant of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol? Then you might be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor Trainee. All you need to do is apply!

During this internship, you will learn all about providing excellent service, creating unique experiences for our guests and developing your leadership skills.

You will be leading a team, of 3 different outlets which will be working simultaneously and you will maintain the overview. Together with your team, you are responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests in the restaurant, the room service and the Banquet & Events department. Besides that, you are the contact person for team members, agency workers and guests. Lastly, you are also the trainer and coach for your team and you dare to provide them with feedback in order to stimulate their development.
