For our Spa & Beauty at the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus, we are looking for a driven Wellness Manager. Do you have experience managing a wellness department and know how to motivate and inspire a team? Are you service-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about providing guests with an unforgettable wellness experience? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
As a Wellness Manager at our hotel, you are the driving force behind our Spa & Beauty department. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that both the team and guests feel completely at ease. You manage the staff, schedule treatments, and guarantee the quality of the services offered. Additionally, you focus on improving the guest experience, optimizing revenue, and implementing new wellness concepts.
Besides your management tasks, you stay close to the team and are happy to lend a hand when needed. You embody hospitality and make sure every guest enjoys a luxurious and relaxing experience. Moreover, you advise guests on wellness treatments and products, allowing them to continue their relaxation at home.

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, which consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels across the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar. They are known for their comfort, personal service, and unique character.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within the wellness industry.
Strong commercial mindset and keen eye for guest experience.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

A salary in accordance with the Horeca collective labor agreement, based on a full-time 38-hour workweek and depending on your experience.
A one-year contract with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay with us!
