Key Responsibilities:​

  • Assisting the Sous Chef and managing the tasks of the partie;
  • Managing the mise en place and maintaining our standards;
  • Coaching and supporting our apprentices.

Requirements:

Do you have experience as a Chef de Parti or Commis in a restaurant or hotel?

Are you a teamplayer?

Do you have a flexible attitude?

Do you love to work with food that tastes good and looks good as well?
