Here's what you'll be doing:
In the kitchen, you're completely in your element. You prepare delicious meals and cater to the guests' tastes. Whether it's a perfectly cooked piece of meat or a surprising vegetarian dish, you know how to leave an impression. During a shift, you're responsible for one section: the vegetable side, the garde manger (cold dishes), or the hot kitchen.
Additionally:
- You maintain control during busy services.
- You always ensure a clean working environment.
- You organize your own section and work well in a team.
In addition, here's what you can expect:
- You order new ingredients on time and monitor their freshness and shelf life.
- You take pride in every plate leaving the kitchen.
- You uphold the quality of the dishes you prepare.
- You receive your schedule two weeks in advance and work 3 to 4 days a week.
- You work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Our kitchen closes on time; there are no night shifts.
