Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam-Amstel opened its doors in early October 2018. With its perfect location both by the water and close to the bustling center of Amsterdam, this is the first Van der Valk hotel within the ring, and we are incredibly proud of that! In addition to being proud of the location, we also take pride in everything the hotel has to offer. Guest satisfaction and a high level of service are at the top of our priorities.

The hotel is also cozy and exudes a warm family feeling, a characteristic for which Van der Valk is well-known. Along with all our outlets (Bar Moqum, buffet restaurant 't IJ, à la carte restaurant Amstelle, 206 luxurious hotel rooms, and 12 multifunctional conference and meeting rooms), including our unique wellness area with an outdoor pool, we always go the extra mile to ensure that our guests receive more than they expect.
