Job Summary:
Adagio Amsterdam City South is seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to ensure that our guests have an exceptionalstay with us. As the fi rst point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, ensure a smooth check-in and check-outprocess, and assist with breakfast and meeting events. You will be fully knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services,use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and comply with hotel security, fi re regulations, and all healthand safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience at all times
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
- Assisting with breakfast and meeting events
- Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
- Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities, services, and promotions
- Providing feedback to team members and other departments as necessary
- Complying with hotel security, fi re regulations, and all health and safety legislation
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask effectively while delivering excellent customer service
- Experience within a similar role in a branded environment is preferred, but full training will be given
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
