At ClinkNOORD Hostel, we don’t just serve coffee and cocktails - we serve up experiences! And we’re on the lookout for a multi-talented All-Rounder F&B Superhero to join our team at ZincBAR and Catalyst Café. This isn’t your typical café or bar job. One day, you’re making guests’ morning espresso dreams come true, and the next, you’re shaking up cocktails and rocking out karaoke style with travelers from all over the world. Oh, and don’t forget about breakfast, you’ll be part of a fast-paced morning team that fuels guests for their daily adventures. 

Clink is all about bringing people together, and we want YOU to help make that happen! From quirky beer pong tournaments to hilarious pride events and beer tastings, we want you to create memories that will last long after our guests check out. So if you have crazy ideas for events or want to be the host with the most, we’re all ears.

What’s the gig?
As an All-Rounder F&B Superhero, you’ll be wearing a lot of hats - and trust us, you’ll love every minute of it.  Whether you're crafting the perfect coffee to kickstart the day at Catalyst Café, pouring the ultimate pint at ZincBAR, serving up a delicious breakfast, or jumping into the kitchen to support our culinary crew, you’ll be the heart and soul of our F&B team.

You’ll also help run epic events like karaoke, beer pong, pub quizzes, and more. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone! There’s always support from your fellow team members. Plus, if you’ve got ideas for new events or ways to amp up the fun, we’ll totally back you.

• A Hospitality Rockstar: You love people and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Whether it’s coffee, cocktails, or breakfast, you’re always ready to jump in and get your hands dirty (metaphorically speaking, we hope!)

• The Life of the Party: You can jump on stage and start a karaoke session, or keep the vibe high during events - you’re not afraid to be the center of attention.

• A Team Player (with a twist of independence): You’re down to pitch in where needed, whether it's behind the bar, serving breakfast, or supporting the kitchen team. But you also have the confidence to work solo when needed.

• Proactive & Creative: You’re not just about following instructions, you’ll suggest new ideas and take initiative to improve the guest experience. If you’ve got fun event ideas, bring them on!

• A Passionate Traveler: You understand the magic of travel and the importance of creating unforgettable experiences for fellow wanderlusters. Bonus points if you speak multiple languages — it’s a bonus for us at Clink!
