As an All-round Employee at the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center, you are a versatile employee who can be deployed in various departments within the hotel. You will be trained in both the front office and our breakfast operation and you will also take on tasks within the control of cleaning and maintenance rooms. Your role is crucial in providing an excellent guest experience and ensuring the smooth running of daily hotel operations.

Front Office:
- Checking in and out of guests.
- Informing guests about facilities, services and tourist attractions.
- Handling reservations, payments and invoicing.
- Handling complaints and requests from guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Providing keys and ensuring accurate registration.
Breakfast Department:
- Prepare and serve a breakfast buffet.
- Make a neat and attractive appearance of the hotel.
- To fill with food and beverages during the we decided last minute.
- De-clutter and clean the breakfast room after breakfast in the hotel.
- To wash off, and make for a clean kitchen and ontbijtvoorzieningen.
- To ensure a warm and friendly service to all guests.
Controle kamers en onderhoud:
- Checking rooms for cleanliness and condition after cleaning by the Housekeeping team.
- Reporting maintenance problems and ensuring quick follow-up.
- Preparing rooms for new guests, including placing welcome gifts.

- A degree in hospitality or similar job experience. The experience in the hotel industry is a plus, but not required. We offer you a wide inwerkprogramma.
- A strong customer-oriented attitude and a passion for the hospitality sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various departments, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to effectively collaborate across different teams and departments.
- You are careful and precise in the execution of the tasks, with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- The ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems and make decisions.

The Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center is located in the heart of Amsterdam, the Vondelpark and the Museumplein are very close to the hotel.
