All-round Moxy Crew Night
Be part of our TEAM! The Moxy Crew Night is a position with a wide range of working environments. You work at nighttime (10pm until 8:15am 4 days). You will earn a competitive salary compared to a regular Crew Member/ Front Office agent. You are the host in the reception + lounge area, the up & cross selling specialist, pizza making chef, bartender & the night specialist. You are the welcoming force in the hotel, the FUN HUNTER in WOW-ing our guests, YOUNG AT HEART suggesting guests what to do and you are PLAYFUL.
Your shift will consist of:
* Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
* Process all guest check-ins & check-outs.
* Process payments including resolving and any late and disputed charges.
* Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
* Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
* Serving & preparing beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
* Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food & safety program (HACCP)
* Running the night audit and prepare reservations for the next day.
* Help with preparing and serving breakfast.

You…
• Are a FUN HUNTER, STYLISH and LIGHTHEARTED
• Are a team player
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus, not a must)
• Experience with Opera and Micros is considered as an advantage
• Bring your personal STYLE to every experience
• Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts (morning, evening and night shifts)
• Are ready to take a BIG challenge to further develop yourself
• Have experience in running the Night Audit.
