As the right hand of our F&B Manager, you're the bridge between our team on the floor and the management. You're hands-on, present in the daily operations, and always one step ahead. At the same time, you contribute behind the scenes — sharing ideas to elevate our concept, improving workflows, and helping organize unforgettable events and VIP moments.


THIS IS YOU

• You’ve completed a relevant MBO level 4 education in hospitality or similar.
• You bring leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• You have a deep passion for food, drinks, and next-level guest experiences.
• You're a strong communicator – both in Dutch and English.
• You keep your cool under pressure and love a buzzing atmosphere.
• You're a true team player who lifts others up and leads by example.
• You're hungry to grow, improve and bring positive energy every single day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead by example and coach your team members daily in our strive to perfection.
• Turning operational insights into impactful management decisions.
• Use your creativity and experience to improve our concept and guest experience.
• Support in the planning- and execution of events and daily operations.
