The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has the position of Back of House Manager available. 

What are my responsibilities? 

You are responsible for overseeing, directing and assisting the stewarding department, ensuring the cleanliness, efficiency and organization of the kitchen and related areas. This includes making sure the clean-up process is as efficient as possible, controlling the stock levels and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. In addition to these responsibilities, you perform various administrative tasks such as managing inventories, overseeing the HACCP controls and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. It is vital to keep a positive work relationship with the team and support them to reach the department's goals. In this role, you report directly to the Executive Chef. Furthermore, you assist the Executive Chef with training, evaluations, counselling sessions, discipline, and motivating the stewards.

The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
