Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Financial Controller

• A thoroughly understanding of general accounting processes and procedures is vital in this role. Therefore, a proven track record from within the Accounting/Finance disciplines is required

• Past leadership experience is not a pre-requisite; however, you must feel comfortable with presenting, reporting and by being the spokesperson/subject matter expert towards both internal and external stakeholders

• You are driven and ambitious and strive to inspire the team to deliver on the set KPI’s

• You are commercially aware and a natural problem solver. You act with integrity and can work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy

• Advanced excel skills required
