Position:

Pestana Amsterdam Riverside is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to amaze our guests with excellent cooking skills and to prepare dishes according to the chef's specifications. This role involves coaching the kitchen team and overseeing your own cooking station. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to optimize the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
