You are ready to rock every day! Every guest deserves a special experience and you understand that. Together with your team you will ensure an unforgettable evening. Preparation is key and you start by checking all tables and reservations for the final finishing touch. In addition, you ensure that everyone in your team knows what their role is for today. During the service you maintain an overview and ensure a smooth process. You manage the team and help when it's busy. At the same time, you ensure an optimal atmosphere in the workplace. You know how to convey the high service and quality of The Harbor Club and motivate and coach your team in this. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you know how to come up with great new ideas to make The Harbor Club even more successful. In addition to the daily operation, you are also involved in a number of administrative tasks, such as making schedules, checking invoices and ordering products and materials.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT SUPERVISOR?

You have at least 1 year of managerial experience in the service.
You have a strong passion for F&B and know how to convey this.
You are the 'go to' person that the team can always count on.
Bring it on! You like hard work.
You have a positive attitude and convey your enthusiasm to others.
You speak and write English fluently.
