Together with our Executive Chef, you are constantly coming up with new ideas to make the Floor17 concept even better! Your colleagues can always count on you. You are able to create a pleasant working environment for yourself and your colleagues. You give support in the daily operational work but also in the personnel development of your team. You take the lead in coordinating major events and commercial development of the department. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed guests' expectations.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
- You have completed a related MBO or HBO education.
- You have at least 3 years' relevant work experience in a managerial position within F&B.
- You are creative and know how to surprise us again and again with your innovative ideas.
- You have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are able to analyse data and figures and then take action.
- You have integrity and a clear, people-oriented and motivating leadership style.
- You have good commercial knowledge and can demonstrate relevant successes.
- Hospitality is in your blood and you know how to convey this to your team.
