RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring staff deliver exceptional service that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
• Monitor and maintain high standards in food & beverage service, addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively.
• Manage inventory, ensure cleanliness, and uphold health and safety regulations, including HACCP compliance.
• Motivate the team with a positive attitude and provide ongoing coaching and training to support their growth and performance
• Hande scheduling, planning, and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Keep up with industry trends to ensure our offerings stay fresh and relevant.
• Think creatively to introduce new ideas that elevate guest experience

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

• Experience in a similar supervisory role within the food & beverage department
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• You know how to lead a shift, from opening the breakfast buffet to managing evening bar service
• You’re flexible and reliable, ready to work different shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Energetic, approachable, and confident in motivating and guiding a team
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
