Hi, this is Bruno! Welcome to Room Mate Hotels! Currently I am looking for the happiest F&B Supervisor of Rotterdam to make sure that all my travelers enjoy our services the best they can.
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for a smooth operation of the breakfast department.

- Top-notch Service Standards: Bringing excellence to our restaurant, lounge, coffee corner, and meeting rooms!
- Team Maestro: Juggling tasks, setting priorities, and crafting the perfect calendar.
- Workspace Wizard: Keeping our restaurant, lounge, coffee corner, and meeting rooms in tip-top shape.
- Customer Delight: Warm welcomes, offering special Room Mate goodies and more.
- Waitstaff Whiz: Overseeing the waitstaff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Happiness Monitor: Gauging and enhancing our customers' joy and satisfaction.
- Foodie Guru: Ensuring all things delicious are handled with care.
- Cleanliness King/Queen: Maintaining a spotless and orderly work environment.
- Complaint Whisperer: Turning frowns upside down with stellar complaint resolution.
- Stock Strategist: Masterminding reservations and stock control to keep things flowing.
- Report Rockstar: Keeping F&B Manager in the loop with regular updates.
- Meeting Marvel: Collaborating with other department heads to bring about awesome improvements.
- Inventory Insider: Keeping track of all our supplies like a pro.
The ideal Roomie to join me on board has at least two years experience as waiter and ready for the next step.

Our ideal Roomie:
• Knowledge about F&B work (preferably within hotels)
• Is (pro)active and has a hands on mentality
• loves a flexible schedule
• Is looking for a full-time employment
• Speaks English perfectly. Dutch and or Spanish would be a nice addition
• Loves to work in an international team
• Is able to provide great service with a smile :)
