About Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport:
Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is ten minutes from Schiphol Airport and 25 minutes from the city centre. It features 342 guestrooms, conference space for up to 600 delegates, parking and an airport shuttle service. Additional facilities include a brasserie, bar and lounge, games room, 24hour grab & go shop and a cinema room.
As Food & Beverage Manager, your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression every time, as you make sure to give every guest a moment they will not forget. Your eye for detail, understanding of processes and strong leadership will ensure everything runs smoothly across the restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and your team. You'll lead the way and set a guiding example for your team to ensure the smooth running and strategic direction of the Food & Beverage Department
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting.
  • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery in all food and beverage outlets.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • As a Department Head, you will also play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.

Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising quality and service.

Guest Satisfaction:
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective service and quality management.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Develop promotions and events to drive F&B revenue

Menu Development:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and our suppliers to design and update menus.
  • Ensure menus reflect current trends and guest preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Implement and monitor food safety policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
