Food & Beverage Host/Hostess - Amsterdam

Your Role in Our Story:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Guide guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortable with their seating arrangement.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating charts for both reservations and walk-ins.
• Monitor and manage wait lists during busy times, providing accurate wait times to guests.
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth seating transitions and table readiness.
• Address guest inquiries regarding the menu, services, and special promotions.
• Assist in guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required, and Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
