What are you going to do?   

• Daily reconciliation of F&B financial transactions;

• Manage all administration related to new F&B colleagues incl. onboarding, IT systems set-up, payroll, etc.;

• Actively involved in monthly inventories, generating monthly stock reports, and following up on those;

• Following up with suppliers on invoices and reconciliations;

• Coordinating equipment rentals with external suppliers;

• Managing the POS system for each of the outlets;

• Working on menu design for the different outlets;

• Follow up on guest surveys;

• Helping team in the follow ups on F&B group reservations with clients
