Are you passionate about delivering personalized guest service and thrive in a flexible, international environment? If so, our Front Office Agent vacancy is perfect for you. As the first and last point of contact, you'll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information, and manage administrative tasks. Working day, evening, and night shifts, you create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly way and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions.
  • Handle room reservations and process payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in front desk or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is an advantage.
