Come work in one of the most known, oldest and most authentic hotel of Amsterdam, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam. Our hotel is looking for a new Front of House Manager that is ready for the next challenge and his/her priority is giving the best service to the guest. You will be the first and last person our guests see, it starts with a smile.

We are looking for a Front of House Manager:

You will take care of the team and the personalized service for our guests day in, day out.
Your main focus is to deliver a memorable experience for our guests in the Front Office and other departments. You will be the person who keeps this focus high in the team, addressing the necessary developments and responsibilities.
You ensure that the team has the right skills. You have an exemplary role. You can inspire the team and encourage them to make certain choices. You will also assist in making (non-)operational schedules, which will contribute to your personal development.
Collaboration with team leaders and managers from other departments is important in your role, ensuring service quality is consistent in all areas.
You will also be responsible for the Duty Manager shifts.
We strive to build a cohesive team and you will contribute to this. You will assist in the selection of new employees which will contribute to the continuation of a close-knit team. You will provide an inspiring on-boarding process.
You are a true master of Property Management Systems (preferably Opera)

Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or Assistant Front of House Manager in a large hotel
