Designed by Samuel Sarphati, it took exactly one year to build the hotel. From that moment forward, she has always been known for her rich history of genuine hospitality and royal service. A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Ensures that all guests receive a warm welcome and courteous welcome upon check-in and check-out

• Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the room rate

• Creates memorable luxury experiences for our guests.

• Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts

• Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary

• Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Teamplayer

• Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality

• Accurate

• Motivated

• Creative

• Positive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Good command English language, Dutch is beneficial

• Experience with Opera is an advantage
