FRONT OFFICE AGENT – Parttime/ semi fulltime/ fulltime
We’re all about flexibility and therefore our focus is to create a team that works well together and offer different contracts; 24 hrs/ 32 hrs/ 38hrs.

Requirements
· Previous work experience from working in a Hotel (internship/ Hotel school)
· Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
· Previous experience working with OnQ (PMS) or another PMS system (Hotel system).
· If you’re local or know the hidden gems in Rotterdam, that would be a bonus!
· Passionate about people and teamwork.
· Willing to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays
What will you be doing?
You might not have worked behind a Hotel Reception desk. Let me explain what drives us at Motto and what your actual day to day tasks would be;
· Be your authentic self. More friendly & less formal.
· “Read the room”, know what a guest would need, help them
· Explore the city and share what you have experienced!
· Be a team player also for other departments
· Think ahead in every kind of way
· Reception has different shifts (morning shift/ day shift/ evening shift, 7 days a week)
· Perform check ins & check outs and create payments
· Answer calls and emails
· Check all booked rooms for that day, make sure the guests have the correct rooms allocated
· Make every guest feel welcome by taking an extra step. Guests Birthday? 5th stay? Hilton Gold member etc. etc.
· Keep good contact with Housekeeping and Technical Service in regards of the room status.
· Perform administrative tasks
· Upsell items and increase revenue
· Monitoring and being alert to hotel entrances and security
