We are looking for a Front Office Manager with a passion for Food & Beverage to join our team! In this unique dual role, you will lead our Front Office operations while also managing a small but vibrant Food & Beverage department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and coordination of reservations.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
  • Ensure staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out their duties. 
  • Ensure that your team are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards and procedures/brand standards.
  • Develop your team to anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the operations of the food & beverage department, including breakfast areas and bar area.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, all in compliance with HACCP regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Have a full understanding of all systems and programmes e.g. OPERA (FO) & Micros (FO/F&B)
  • Maintain a strong presence in both the Front Office and Food & Beverage areas to interact with guests and staff.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

  • Minimum 2-year previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Problem solving ability and stress resistance.
  • Proactive attitude and team spirit
  • Passion for hospitality and service
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A good working knowledge of OPERA (FO) & Micros (FO/F&B) is desired.
