Job wise you are expected to:

With your experience, I don’t think I have to explain how your day will look like.. But hereby some highlights of what Motto finds important.

 

·        Be your authentic self. More friendly & less formal.

·        Train the team and help them grow. Be a role model and ask for training courses if you think this will help them.

·        Maximise room sales, increase room revenue by supervising effectiveness of room category upselling.

·        “Read the room”, know what a guest would need. Train the team in extraordinary guest service!

·        Check the incoming invoices for your department

·        Monthly create outgoing invoices for individual guests that have an account with us.

·        Double check if the processes are still as per brand standard and if they are still to your liking.

·        Make sure we reach our Hilton honors goals and our online review Goal!

·        Be a team player and create a nice team spirit between everyone! Plan team outages and team meetings.

·        Make sure you have control of the quality and execution of your team

·        In control of the safety of your team and hotel guests

·        Financial control of your department (guest invoices/ billings, cashier, team budget and department expenses)

·        Performing assessment/ performance reviews every year and half year.

·        End responsible of the complaint handling

·        Celebrate success & drive review scores!

·        End responsible of the rota of the front office department, manage overtime and holidays

·        Point of contact for external parties like: outsourced night company, bike rental company, taxi, local cool stuff etc.

·        Monthly review of departmental costs & incomes.

·        recruit and select new associates
