As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the ins and outs of the Front Office, making sure every guest is checked in and out smoothly. With a smile, you provide them with all the information they need. In addition, you motivate and coach the team with great enthusiasm and make sure everyone is ready to deliver the top service our guests have come to expect. Furthermore, the Front Office Manager can always count on you and you will support in making schedules, handling communication (to guests and colleagues) and you will think along with the daily operations of the Front Office. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and with your creative ideas you surprise our guests and exceed their expectations!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

You have at least 1 year of Front Office work experience in a similar position;
You are proactive and know how to motivate a team;
You speak and write fluently English;
You are flexible regarding your availability; Together we will discuss your working hours.
