Park Plaza Vondelpark is looking for a Front Office Team Leader who will do their best to give guests a moment they won't forget and we will help you to achieve this goal.

We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader:

Who has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
Who will promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team
Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
Who can inspire, coach and mentor reception team members
Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
Preferably with previous experience as a Front Office Team Leader/Supervisor in a hotel
