Guest Experience Host - Den Haag

De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here. 

So.. what is different you ask? We are bold. We are looking for someone who wants to evolve hospitality together with us. We believe our team members are at the heart of our hotel and make it such a special place. We can’t do this alone though, and hence we are looking for you to deliver truly memorable experiences!

What will you be doing before the opening of De Plesman?  

• You support the Guest Experience Managers with pre opening tasks suchs as: writing procedures and SOP’s. 
• You support the Guest Experience Managers within the operation of De Plesman Residences with check in, check outs, and coordination of houskeeping and maintenance. 
• You will take care of communication to our residents such as general updates and day to day contact with residents. 
• You coordinate the housekeeping and maintaince activities. 

What will you be doing when De Plesman opens its doors? 

• You will be involved in all activities related to the front desk at the hotel: checking guests in and out, answering guests' questions, maintaining and processing records. 
• Being the first point of contact for our Residence. 
• Responding to guest questions and comments.
• We also encourage everybody to be pro-active in approaching our guests with good ideas for outings, restaurants in the neighborhood or events that are happening in the area. We believe it is key that you are able to inspire our guests (by going the extra mile) tailored to their needs.
