Are you a creative and entrepreneurial bar professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Step into the spotlight at Pulitzer's Bar as our Head Bartender, where you'll lead a talented team and craft unforgettable moments in one of Amsterdam's most iconic venues.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Be an ambassador for Pulitzer's Bar, mastering its concept and beverage offerings.
• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver consistent, high-quality products and services.
• Develop and oversee innovative beverage programs aligned with our brand identity.
• Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• A natural leader with proven experience in bar or hospitality management.
• Strong expertise in mixology, bar trends, and beverage program development.
• Exceptional people management skills to inspire and motivate the team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and innovation.
