THE POSITION
The Head of IT will oversee IT operations within the Odyssey Hotel Group, 20+ hotels in multiple countries, ensuring our technology supports business goals. This role involves managing IT projects, integrating software systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with vendors together with an IT Coordinator.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in running software integration projects.
- Knowledge of hospitality IT architecture, including how PMS connects with other systems.
- Experience in dealing with multiple vendors and managing vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in managing an IT budget effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT management software and other relevant tools.
