nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot of cultures the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, and is offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an ambitious leader with vibrant personality and a genuine approach. The scope of your responsibility will be the operational departments of this modern, life-style property with 650-bedrooms. These consist of the Front Office, including the Reception, Duty Management, and the Guest Relations with 35 employees in total. In addition, the housekeeping team with around 60 employees and the Food & Beverage outlets with around 60 employees. 

What are you going to do?

As the Hotel Manager of nhow Amsterdam RAI, you will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the day-to-day operational activities through the heads of departments. This will involve leading, coaching, and developing the hotel professionals to a higher level, supporting them in achieving high standards of quality and service. You will oversee the development and management of the hotel strategy, ensuring that nhow experiences are aligned with the nhow standards and KPIs, as well as initiating, enhancing, and implementing the products and services that the nhow has to offer. Furthermore, you will be involved in managing the annual budget, in delivering the set revenue and GOP targets, and collating and analyzing data to support strategic decision making. In this role, you will report to the nhow Hotel Director.
