Housekeeping Supervisor - Amsterdam

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead by Example: Supervise and support our Room Attendants in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation. 

• Ensure Perfection: Inspect guest rooms and ensure they meet our exceptional standards before check-in. 

• Coordinate & Communicate: Keep the room status in Opera up to date and inform other departments about housekeeping matters. 

• Train & Develop: Provide training sessions and ensure that Room Attendants are familiar with all in-house facilities to assist guests. 

• Uphold Housekeeping Procedures: Oversee lost and found, key control, health and safety, and security measures for both guests and employees. 

• Manage Administration: Ensure compliance with all housekeeping protocols. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for Luxury Hospitality: You understand the importance of five-star service. 

• Supervisory Skills: You can motivate and guide a team effectively. 

• Attention to Detail: You have an eye for perfection and take pride in maintaining high standards. 

• Excellent Communication: You are proactive, professional, and fluent in English (an additional language is a plus). 

• Organized & Efficient: You know how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience in Hospitality: Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is a plus.
