Housekeeping Supervisor - Amsterdam

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring Room Attendants | Inspecting guest rooms | Ensuring that Room Attendants are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests | Implementing training sessions | Ensuring room status in Opera is kept up to date at all times | Registration of working hours | Controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety procedures for both employees and guests | Informing other operating departments of all Housekeeping matters

REQUIREMENTS

Teamplayer | Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality | Positive attitude and excellent communication skills | Ability to prioritize | Eye for detail | Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel is a plus | Hotel Management or other relevant study | Work experience in a 4/5 star hotel is a plus | Speaks and writes fluently in English and preferably another language
