With 6 hotels in the Netherlands, and 1 hotel opening planned for 2025, H World International is looking for a Manager Field Marketing for the Netherlands region.

In this region, three of the eight H World International brands are represented: Steigenberger, Jaz in the City and IntercityHotel.


In this position, you are part of the Sales & Marketing team for the Netherlands region, which is managed from the headquarters (Team Centre).


Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam

In the dynamic area of Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, this hotel is a preferred location for airline crew and business guests. Our 15 meetings rooms make it the perfect location for meetings, conventions, and events. With 440 rooms, we welcome many international guests, for a business trip, stopover or just a relaxing stay near the Amsterdam Forest.

 

Jaz in the City Amsterdam

This hotel is located “main stage” in Amsterdam: directly across the Johan Cruijff ArenA (soccer stadium AFC AJAX), next to the Ziggo Dome and within walking distance of AFAS Life. A good mix of music, enjoyment and art are the ingredients for the atmosphere in this vibrant hotel. Equipped with 258 rooms, Jaz is the hotspot for business guests, music lovers, artists, band members and groupies.


IntercityHotel Leiden

IntercityHotel Leiden, opened in June 2024, combines mobility with high quality, comfort, and service. This is what makes the brand unique. The hotel's highly central location provides direct access to public transportation and the center of Leiden. With 115 rooms, a breakfast restaurant, and a bar, this hotel is the ultimate place for any type of guest.

 

IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport

With a view at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport on the one side and the flower fields of the “Bollenstreek” on the other side, this hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring cities in the surroundings such as Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden. With 280 rooms and several meeting rooms, the hotel offers all the needed comfort.


IntercityHotel Enschede

With 126 hotel rooms, IntercityHotel Enschede is the perfect place for business meetings and the ideal start place for cultural trips and city explorations in and around Enschede. Located directly in the center, the hotel guarantees, among other things, short distances to the city center including all its theaters, cinemas and pubs. Conveniently located and only 350 meters from the train station, the hotel in Enschede puts you right in the middle of the action.


IntercityHotel Breda

IntercityHotel Breda, opened in March 2024, combines mobility with high quality, comfort, and service. This is what makes the brand unique. The hotel's highly central location provides direct access to public transportation and the center of Breda. With 174 rooms, 4 meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a bar, this hotel is the ideal place for every type of guest.


 

In this position, you are part of the regional Sales & Marketing team, which is supervised by the headquarters (Team Centre).


You are mainly focusing on:

  • Developing and implementing customer-oriented regional and local B2B, B2C, F&B and Loyalty promotions through all relevant offline and online channels;
  • Creating and implementing local marketing plans and brand campaigns for the regional market. You ensure that the brand standards and corporate identity of the hotels in question are fully adhered to.
  • Supporting events in the region;
  • Working with the Team Center marketing team, you will use brand-compliant support materials and merchandising tools;
  • Developing new hotel promotions and initiatives for the local market and apply cost-effective marketing efforts to achieve the hotel objectives.
  • Creating professional and motivational content for all relevant channels (web content, social media content).
  • Managing and maintaining the database with photos of the hotels within the established cluster and you implement hotel shoots, (social) media campaigns and collaboration with influencers for the hotels.
  • Maximizing market share and increasing total turnover.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a thorough knowledge of the market and is aware of the main players in that market, including the competitors;
  • Is flexible. You are mainly working from the Netherlands, but needs to travel to Germany regularly;
  • Has good command of the English language. German is advantage;
  • Has a great affinity with hospitality, travelling, food & beverage.
