Do you like to be the first point of view of a luxury 4-star hotel in a great location in Amsterdam? Do you enjoy working nights? Then you are the night receptionist(e) we are looking for!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

When you start work, some guests are long settled in their room. For other guests, the night is just beginning. You speak to them all. You are the point of contact in the reception area and the lobby. You make every guest feel welcome in the hotel. You don't just solve problems, you're ahead of them. In your own relaxed way you keep an eye on everything. You make regular inspection rounds, and you keep the peace and order in the hotel. On the weekends there is also security present who can support you. More administrative tasks also come easily to you. You process payments, book daily receipts and prepare reports. Thanks to you the guests feel in good hands and thanks to you the guests come back.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT NIGHT RECEPTIONIST?

You have experience in a similar position;
You are representative and communicative, after all, you are our business card;
It is no problem for you to work at night, your working hours are 11 pm to 7 am;
You can work independently;
You have good knowledge of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
You have a valid first aid certificate or are willing to get one.
