You are the point of contact for the operational departments within the hotel and, more importantly, for our guests, and you radiate that! You provide them with all the information they need and speak to them with your warm smile. You ensure that room checks are carried out correctly to ensure quality within the hotel. You also motivate and coach your colleagues to provide the top service that our guests have come to expect. As an Operations Supervisor you are also responsible for safety within the hotel. You know everything about the fire alarm center, emergency response, HACCP and you are a prevention officer within the organization.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
You have experience in leading a shift.
You are proactive, creative and a born team player.
You like hard work and you are not afraid to take responsibility.
You speak fluently English, preferably another language.
You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are flexible, even on weekends!
Knowledge of Opera PMS? That's a great advantage!
