What will you be doing?

As Operations Supervisor you are the go-to person for our guests and your colleagues. You make sure our guests have a great stay in our hotel and you look for ways to make that experience even better. You are responsible for both the Front Office and Food & Beverage department, your main focus will be on Front Office. You are a real team player and know how to inspire your colleagues. You know that when the team is happy, so are your guests! In shifts you take on front office tasks as well as supervising Food & Beverage shifts. With the extra attention you give, you manage to exceed expectations of the guests every time and the team feel appreciated. When the last guests leave the lobby, you go right ahead and help departments where needed, what an all-rounder you are!

Who are we?

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is part of Eden Hotels and was completely renovated in April 2019. The hotel now offers 95 luxurious hotel rooms and a cool Piet le Blanc Suite where you can play games, watch movies or listen to music. The lobby has a cozy open space where you can go for breakfast, lunch, drink coffee and in the evening get some work done or catch up with colleagues or friends over a drink or snack.
