Do you have a passion for cooking at a high luxurious level? Do you have experience in pastry and do you want to work in a young dynamic team? Then the Amstel Hotel is looking for you! As a Pastry Chef you are responsible for producing and preparing high-quality dishes.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produces and prepares high-quality and creative products according to Chef Pastry standards according to various menus, both by hand and with kitchen equipment 
  • Checks freshness, preparation techniques and storage of used goods 
  • Responsible for ordering and turnover of products in the pastry shop through daily stock lists 
  • Prepares and produces all components of the various dishes
  • Supports and motivates colleagues


REQUIREMENTS

Flexible | Good communication skills | Passion for pastry and quality dishes | Experience in a similar position | Stress resistant | Social and motivated | Creative | Pastry experience | Attention to detail
