De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here. 

So.. what is different you ask? We are bold. We are looking for someone who wants to evolve hospitality together with us. We believe our team members are at the heart of our hotel and make it such a special place. We can’t do this alone though, and hence we are looking for you to make sure our team members are thriving and happy.

What will you be doing?  

• Employee Journey: from onboarding to performance, you make sure the Employee Journey is a fun experience for every team member.
• Recruitment: you make sure there is a wonderful team of people to take care of our guests.
• Culture preserver: You make sure every team member feels heard and appreciated, together with the team you make sure De Plesman culture is preserved and you enable team leads to operate based on this value. 
• People & Culture admin: from creating contracts to staying up-to-date on (new) HR regulations.
