• Previous experience in hospitality—whether in a hotel, hostel, or even a different lively environment—is a big plus.

• A genuine passion for Amsterdam and a love for sharing local tips and ideas with guests.

• Strong hospitality and communication skills are essential.

• Enjoy working closely with people and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Take responsibility seriously and can be relied upon.

• Bring a flexible mindset—we support other departments in needs, just like they support us <3.

• Naturally hands-on and proactive when it comes to solving problems or addressing concerns.

• Brimming with creative ideas to enhance our service or improve the business overall.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus. Dutch is not required.
