Are you a data-driven strategist with a talent for optimizing revenue? Join our team as a Revenue Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in setting pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and maximizing profitability for our hotel.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, competitor analysis, and market trends.
  • Oversee all third-party distribution channels to ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and revenue streams.
  • Conduct competitive benchmark studies and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and Online Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Provide weekly forecasts, analyze monthly sales performance, and deliver insightful reports with recommendations for long-term improvements.
  • Play a key role in preparing the annual budget and strategic business plans.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving revenue strategies.
