nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.
For this iconic social hub, we are looking an enthusiastic Room Service Employee with a magnetic personality who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. Nhow Amsterdam RAI is a hotel with 650 rooms and more than 200 colleagues from 40 nationalities.
What are you going to do?
As one the Room Service Employee you will be working the evening shifts, from 15.00 – 23.00. You will be taking order via the telephone, delivering food & beverages to the guests’ rooms as well as to the bar. During the quiet moments you will be supporting other departments such as banqueting and the bar and ensuring that the food service out of kitchen is smooth. You will work alone in the service but alongside 1-2 evening chefs and other colleagues in the evening operation.
What’s in it for us?
You have experience working in a food & beverages department in a hotel for at least 6 months prior to this job;

You have worked independently before;
You are enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, results-driven and stress resilient;
You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
